Electroscope pointer type
Product Introduction
This instrument is used for electrostatic experiment and can measure the potential difference between two charged bodies; Check whether the object is charged; Check whether the electricity of the object is positive or negative; Check the insulation of objects and conduct induction electrification test.
Product Specification
Product name | electroscope pointer type |
Material | Mental |
The electroscope pointer type is composed of a base, a metal cylinder, an insulating sleeve, a metal rod, a pointer frame, a pointer and a grounding terminal. The diameter of the metal straight cylinder is 170mm. The base is forged into an "m" shape by a steel bar with a diameter of 5mm.
The overall structure of the instrument: a metal cylinder is installed on the round base. The front of the cylinder is equipped with transparent glass, and the back is equipped with marking ground glass. The upper wall is equipped with an insulating sleeve. A metal rod passes through the sleeve and is inserted into the cylinder. The lower part of the metal rod is equipped with a vertical pointer frame. A pointer is installed on the horizontal axis of the pointer frame and can rotate flexibly around the axis. A wiring post is installed on one side of the lower wall of the cylinder for shell grounding.
Product feature and application
The electroscope pointer type is used for middle school physics electrostatic experiment.
Maintenance and precautions
In order to make the pointer sensitive, the aluminum sheet of the pointer electroscope produced by our factory is thin. Due to transportation and other reasons, the aluminum plate of the pointer may be bent or other conditions may occur. In this way, the glass ferrule of the electroscope can be detached and the glass can be removed for correction.
After the instrument is used, it shall be properly placed and kept dry. Prevent the instrument (especially the pointer) from being damaged due to violent vibration during handling.
