XDS-10A Components of the television microscope for imaging amplification: supplementary objective, main object lens, photography eyepiece and CCD camera, monitor. The first three is for optical amplification, the latter two is for digital amplification. Maximum working distance: 320mm. Maximum objective field diameter: 90.7mm. Hand wheel focusing range: 65mm. Size of the mirror support interface: Φ25mm-Φ50mm, the support center distance: 140mm. Illumination: vertical lighting, 8W round fluorescent lamp, round LED lamp ( optional ).
The XDS-10A series of television microscope is zoom monocular microscope matching with high definition color CCD and TV ( or ) display which adopts the unique stray light and large depth of field with clear imaging, strong three-dimensional sense and long distance, wide field of vision and other characteristics. The microscope is designed of 0.3X, 0.5X, 1X, 2X series supplementary objective and 0.35X, 0.5X, 1X series camera eyepiece. According to the different venues, multiple external lighting device, XY mechanical stage, image processing system can be chosen.
How to use Environment requirement: Dry and dust-free room temperature between -5ºC~+40ºC
Install the host.
According to the characteristics of the object to be observed, select the position of the external illumination.
According to the height of the object to be observed, adjust the main unit to an appropriate position and then tighten the locking handwheel.
Move the object to the center of the stage, slowly turn the focusing handwheel to make the left eyepiece observe a clear object image, and then observe it with the right eye. If it is not clear, adjust the adjustment circle of the eyepiece until the image is clear.
Adjust the left and right prism housings to make the distance between the two eyepieces suitable for your pupillary distance.
Use of rubber eye-guard:One pair of rubber eye guards is contained in the packing. They are used to protect against incident light around the eyepiece to improve the visibility. Focusing, diopter, inter-pupillary adjustment: Place a specimen onto the stage.Loosen the body locking thumb screw and hold the microscope head and move the body up and down and fix it at the estimated working distance.Rotate the zooming knob while looking through the right eyepiece until you see the image.Using the focusing handles to get the sharpest image of the specimen. Then look through the left eyepiece with your left eyes and turn the diopter adjustment ring until you get an image as sharp as the right side.Make this adjustment without moving the focusing handle. Then grasp the right and left prism housing and move them closer or father apart in order to match your pupil distance.Adjustment is proper when the field of view becomes comfortable and presents a full single field. Objective power switch: A. Models of S-10-P, S-10-L,S-10-2L,S-20-P, S-20-L, S-20-2L have inserted objectives. When changing the objectives, unscrew the fixing screws and slide the objective out and put on the new objective(optional at the dealer) and slide it in. Fix it with the screw. B. Model of S-30-P, S-30-L, S-30-2L, S-40-P, S-40-L, S-40-2L have 180°switch objective.
Replacement of bulbs and fuse: Warning:Always disconnect the power cord when you change the lamp or fuse and make sure that the lamp is not hot.
Replacement of the incident lamp:
Loosen the fixing screw and take off the lamp housing.Replace the bulb with a same new bulb.Place the lamp housing back and fix it with the same screw.
Replacement of transmitted lamp:
Loosen the fixing screw of the glass stage and take off the glass.Take down the broken bulb through the stage hole and install a new bulb.
Replacement of the fuse:
The fuse case is located at the back side of the base.Unscrew the fuse case cover and put in a new one.
Product feature and application Widely used in electronics industry, assembling and inspection of precise instruments and meters, educational experiments, observation and research. It can be used in the schools, research institutes, factories, and families to study the geology, outside appearance of objects.
Maintenance and precautions
Microscope is a delicate precision instrument and it may be damaged by dropping and hitting.
Don't keep microscope under sun.It should be kept in a dry and clean environment and
