Product Introduction
1. The product consists of heat transfer tube, plug cap, bow clamp, friction rope, etc.
For heat conducting pipe φ 16mm × It is made of 1mm copper tube, 65mm long, and the surface is polished.
2. The heat transfer tube is firmly welded to the base without air leakage, and can withstand the radial tension of no less than 500N.
3. The effective clamping thickness of the bow clamp is 5~55mm, and the clamping depth is not less than 30mm. The clamping pressure shall not be less than 200kg.
4. The installation of the heat transfer tube and the bow clamp shall be free of obvious inclination, and the clamping shall be firm. The plug cap and the heat transfer tube shall be properly matched.
5. Friction rope is φ 4.5mm wax flag rope, 1m long.

Instructions:
Screw the bow clamp on the edge of the table. Pour 1/4-1/5 ether into the brass tube and cover the plug properly (no air leakage or over tightening)
Wrap the tube around two sides with wire or leather strip, and the two ends of the wire held by both hands quickly pull back and forth. As the wire and the tube wall rub, the tube temperature rises and the ether in the tube boils. With the increase of ether vapor, the pressure in the tube increases continuously, and finally the top plug is flushed up. The experiment shows that mechanical energy can convert heat energy, while energy consumption can convert mechanical energy.
