Product Introduction

1. The switch knife, terminal and gasket are made of copper. The width of the knife is not less than 7mm, and the thickness of the knife is not less than 0.7mm. The diameter of the terminal is φ 4mm, and the effective stroke shall not be less than 4mm.

2. Switch on the rated current, the allowable temperature rise of the conductive part is not more than 35 ºC, and the allowable temperature rise of the operating handle is not more than 25 ºC.
3.The insulation strength of the switch shall be able to withstand 1200V, the leakage current is 5mA, the frequency is 50Hz, the sinusoidal AC test voltage lasts for 1min, and there shall be no flashover or breakdown.
4. Under the rated DC current working condition of the switch, the DC voltage drop at both ends of its wiring shall not be greater than 100mV.
5.The switch shall be stored at 50 ± 2 ºC at high temperature and - 40 ± 2 ºC at low temperature for 4h respectively, and its working performance shall remain unchanged.
