All parts can be assembled and disassembled. The size of permanent magnet is 22 ×20 × 20mm.The diameter of the rotor shaft is 4mm and the length is 75mm,. The electric brush shall be made of copper alloy with good elasticity. The coaxiality between the commutator copper ring and the shaft shall be 0.5mm, and the distance between the two rings shall be uniform. The position of the mounting hole on the base is appropriate to ensure the position tolerance of the assembly and normal operation after power on. All parts shall be free of burrs and sharp edges, and rotor shaft, screws and nuts shall be electroplated.

Instructions
  1. When conducting the DC motor test, connect the 3V-6V DC voltage to the two terminals, that is, it operates normally, and the speed increases with the voltage. If it does not, it can be manually adjusted.
  2. During the AC motor test, the excitation coil is connected in parallel or in series with the armature coil, and then the 3V-6V AC voltage is connected. The torque is large when the motor is connected in parallel, but small when the motor is connected in series. The parallel connection can be used for the test, which has good effect, but the commutator short circuit position should be prevented.
  3. In the experiment of DC motor, the exciting coil is used between the two poles to replace the permanent magnet, which has the same function.
  4. Special attention shall be paid to that at the moment of power on, two electric brushes must not contact the same commutator to avoid short circuit.
  5. The N pole of permanent magnet is red and the S pole is blue. Pay attention to the color code during installation.
