1. Evaporator
This part is made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, which is processed by rolling, stretching and advanced welding methods. After the cooling water is circulated, the water temperature has reached about 70 ºC, and it is injected into the evaporation pot through the water level controller to ensure the normal water level in the pot, so that the heat energy can be fully utilized, and the steam is generated quickly. A water blocking cap is installed in the center of the cover to prevent splashing water droplets from being brought into the condenser during evaporation and affecting the distilled water quality, and a drain valve is provided at the bottom. Water can be put away at any time.
2. Condenser
This part is made of high-quality stainless steel sheet and thin tube, which has good thermal conductivity and high heat exchange efficiency.
3. Heating part
This part is composed of immersed electric heating tube, with stainless steel as sheath, after surface treatment, it is durable; it is installed at the bottom of the evaporating pot.

Product feature and application
This product uses electricity to heat tap water and uses distillation to prepare pure water, which can be used in medical, health care, scientific research, electroplating and laboratory departments.

Maintenance and precautions
1. The operating voltage at the factory: 3L/h, 5L/h is 220V, 10L/h, 20L/h is 220V/380V.
2. First close the drain valve
3. Open the water source valve, so that the tap water enters the condenser from the water inlet control valve, and then injects it into the evaporation pot from the return water pipe. Close the water source valve until the water level rises to the center of the glass water level gauge.
4. Turn on the power supply, when the distilled water drips out after the water boils, reopen the water source valve, and adjust the cooling water overflow to 70°C and the distilled water temperature to be around 40°C.
5. Use a smooth silicone rubber conduit for the distilled water outlet pipe and introduce it into a clean glass distilled water bottle.
6. The interior should be washed once a day before use, and the stored water should be drained, and fresh water should be replaced to ensure the water quality.
7. The scale in the distilled water device can be washed with weak acid or weak alkaline solution, which is convenient and thorough to remove.
8. The newly purchased distilled water device should be cleaned first, and evaporated by power on for more than 2 hours until the distilled water is obtained in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia.
