Product Description
DNA structure model for education Biology Student School Teaching Educational
Product Introduction
DNA structure model for education is used as a visual representation of the different components of a DNA structure.
This double helix DNA model is pre-assembled and is a very impressive display and learning tool. The phosphate-deoxyribose backbone and four bases are represented by custom plastic molds that show the shape of the molecules in proportion and illustrate the bonding between them. The handedness of the backbone chain and the relative size of the main groove and the secondary groove in the relaxed molecule are correctly described. The model is vertically mounted on a circular support and can be rotated to view all components. Phosphate and deoxyribose are accurately delineated and can be removed and separated for further examination. And each base pair.

DNA structure model for education(DNA-1)
- Deoxyribose sugar( the left shows the part of samples, the right shows the chemical structure)
- Nitrogenous bases (the left shows the part of samples, the right shows the chemical structure)
- Phosphoric acid(the left shows the part of samples, the right shows the chemical structure)
Assembly(DNA-1)
Step1: fix the center axis on the baseboard. Install the plastic knighthead from top to bottom. The assembled post can be rotated in the base.
Step2: match the 4 kinds of the base pair (A-T, T-A, C-G, G-C) the fix on the red plastic
tube (hydrogen bond). when fixing three hydrogen bonds, between G and C, the mid hydrogen bond uses the shorter red plastic tube and then lower uses the longer red plastic
tube.
Step3: fix the 16 base pairs on the column with the diversion. Pay attention that the gap of the column is downwards, protruding upwards. Match the hole on the diversion with the small column which is back to the basic group. A and G should match the short diversion,T and C should match the long diversion.
Step4: add the sugar-phosphate backbone.
Connect the red deoxyribose sugar on the side of all the nitrogenous bases on both strands. A total of 32 deoxyribose sugar must be attached to the 32 mounted nitrogenous bases. Using the white phosphate, connect the two-deoxyribose sugar on the same strand. Continue connecting the deoxyribose sugar using the phosphate until a full spiral connection is made. Repeat the process on the other strand.
This schematic shows how the nucleotides will fit together once modeled is assembled.

Product feature and application
DNA structure model for education is a biological model in middle school teaching, and can also be used as a reference for biology majors in colleges and universities.
Maintenance and precautions
1. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
2. Sanitize the model properly before storage.cover with a soft cloth or
place it back in the bock when not in use.
3. Wipe with a warm, moist cloth, but do not use strong detergents.
4. Avoid storing in too-high shelves, near the edge of benches, or any place
where it can be knocked over.
