Product Introduction
The products are 0.5N, 1N, 2N, 3N, 5N springs of different specifications. Spring steel wire with mechanical property no less than 70 # Group II shall be used for spring, and the diameter of steel wire shall not be less than 1.2mm.
The upper end of the spring is a ring, and the lower end is composed of a triangle, a rod hook and a pointer.

Instructions
Physical support (including support, upright, cross bar and fixing clip) and self-made scale board (using cardboard) shall be provided or the experiment shall be conducted according to the teaching material diagram.

During the experiment, hang the spring at an appropriate height on the physical support, and clamp the ruler vertically close to the spring on the vertical pole. Put the pointer close to the cardboard. Mark the starting point of the pointer. Then hang the weights weighing 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5 and 5/5 of the force type marked by the spring on the small hook, measure the different elongation values of the spring, and then draw the graduation marks on the white board paper for these elongation values (the moving point of the pointer), that is, use the scale to verify the proportional relationship between the external force and the elongation length of the spring, and also understand the calibration principle of the dynamometer. If the triangle is rotated to increase or decrease the number of coils of spring force, the elongation value will increase with the increase of the number of coils, otherwise, it will be shortened. However, the external force is still proportional to the elongation length.
