1. Demo DC motor:
A. The stator and rotor are excited in series, and the speed is variable when 4V to 16V voltage is applied.
B The stator and rotor are excited in parallel, 10V to 6V voltage is applied, and the speed is variable.
2. Demonstrate the DC generator. Apply 6V voltage to the stator, the rotor speed is within 180 rpm, and the motor output is 80 μ A.
3. Demonstrate the alternator. Apply 6V voltage to the stator, and the output of the motor will deflect the galvanometer pointer left and right to the full scale.
4. The insulation resistance between conductor and base shall not be less than 10M Ω.
5. The stator and rotor are excited in series, with 24V rated working voltage applied, and the continuous operation is not less than 1 hour.
6. Armature shall be wrapped with red and blue cloth to form a square coil. The frame size shall be 142X70mm. There shall be a sign of current input outside the coil. Soft iron shall be used for the core of electromagnet. The coil shall be neat and beautiful, and the winding direction indication line of the coil shall be marked.
7. The coaxiality between two combined contact rings (commutators) and the shaft shall not be greater than 0.3mm. The distance between the two ends of the armature and the pole shoe shall be no less than 1mm and no more than 3mm. The armature shall rotate flexibly in the stator without stagnation friction or collision.
8. The brush shall be made of tin bronze (QSn) or beryllium bronze (QBc), and the surface shall be clean, free of rust layer and shift marks, and the edge shall be free of burrs.
9. The base is made of iron, without deformation, and the instrument is stable during the experiment. No shaking.
10. The base and iron ring of the instrument are sprayed with baking paint. The iron ring pieces are painted in red and blue to show different magnetic poles.
