Product Description
Piston Type Water Pump Model
Product Introduction
The product is a piston pump model. It is mainly composed of pump body, piston, inlet pipe, outlet pipe, inlet valve, outlet valve, handle, base, etc. The pump body and water inlet and outlet pipes are made of plastic with good transparency, and the outer diameter of the pump body is φ 60mm; The piston and valve are made of brightly colored plastic, and the piston diameter is φ 55mm. The base serves as a sink, with a volume of no less than 500ml.

Instructions
When using, assemble the instrument according to the drawing, and shake the handle up and down. If it is not flexible, apply a little lubricating oil on the piston ring. Then add water about two-thirds of the depth of the sink into the sink, shake the handle, and the water will be continuously pumped up and out of the outlet nozzle. Principle: When the piston moves upward from the bottom dead center, due to the atmospheric pressure, the water in the tank is sucked into the cylinder block through the water inlet valve. After the piston reaches the top dead center, the water absorption stops. Then, the piston moves from up to down. Under the effect of water pressure, the water inlet valve is closed, the water outlet valve is opened, and the water enters the upper part of the cylinder block through the small hole of the piston. When the piston moves up to the bottom dead center, the water inlet valve is opened to absorb water, At the same time, the water outlet valve is closed, and the water on the upper part of the cylinder block overflows from the water outlet nozzle.
Product feature and application
The piston type water pump model is used for physics teaching demonstration and grouping experiment in middle schools. It is mainly used to explain the structure and principle of the suction pump.
