Product Introduction
Products are combined. The optical bench is composed of guide rail (including bracket, with a length of 960mm), slider, ruler and accessories. Accessories include: 2 double convex lenses, 1 convex lens, 1 double concave lens, 1 "1" screen, 1 white screen, 5 plug-in rods, 1 ground glass screen (with screen frame), 1 set of light source, and 1 candlestick.
1) The guide rail, bracket and ruler are metal parts and the slider is plastic products.
2) Guide Φ 16 ± 0.4mm, stainless steel pipe, sliding block, support, paint treatment.
3) The scale range of the ruler shall match the effective length of the guide rail, and the overall error shall not be greater than ± 1mm.
4) The minimum division of the ruler shall be 1mm, and the equal division error shall be less than 0.2mm.
5) The lens shall be free of obvious stripes, and the bubble degree shall be 1.0 [0.5].The lens frame is a plastic product, which should be able to firmly hold the lens.
6) The working power of the light source is AC and DC 6~8V, and the power is not greater than 5W.
7) The "1" screen is made of black plastic, with clear outline and width of 5mm ± 0.3105 × 80 ± 2mm, thickness not less than 1.5mm.
8) The white screen is made of opal plastic, specification 105 × 80 ± 2mm, thickness not less than 1.5mm.
9) The ground glass screen shall be evenly sanded, and there shall be protective chamfers around it, with the specification of 120 × 80 ± 3mm, thickness not less than 2.5mm.
10) The plastic products are made of ABS and polypropylene by injection molding, which are non-toxic, environmentally friendly and have good performance. The metal products are made of high-quality steel with antirust treatment and environment-friendly paint coating on the surface.
